What We Offer

Our Process & Payment

All projects with The Coco Collective begin with an inquiry submission. Once your inquiry is received, please allow 24–48 hours for a response. If your request is a good fit, you will receive next steps outlining pricing, timeline, and project details.

For services requiring additional discussion—such as weddings, memorial suites, or ongoing creative support—a consultation may be scheduled to review vision, design needs, and expectations.

Once project details are finalized, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom design work. The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery. All projects include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise noted.

Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an additional fee, typically ranging from $50–$100, depending on project scope and turnaround time.
