Each design is thoughtfully created to reflect the couple’s style and vision, offering a cohesive and elevated experience from planning to wedding day. All projects include a collaborative design process with up to two rounds of revisions.

Services include backdrop designs, flyers, promotional graphics, and custom visuals for birthdays, baby showers, and milestone events. Each design is thoughtfully created to align with the theme, tone, and purpose of the event, delivering polished, print-ready graphics that elevate the overall experience.

The Coco Collective offers ongoing monthly creative support for event planners, funeral homes, churches, artists, public figures, and brands requiring consistent visual design. Monthly packages are customized based on scope and needs, providing reliable, thoughtful design support while maintaining a cohesive visual presence across projects and platforms.
Our Process & Payment
All projects with The Coco Collective begin with an inquiry submission. Once your inquiry is received, please allow 24–48 hours for a response. If your request is a good fit, you will receive next steps outlining pricing, timeline, and project details.
For services requiring additional discussion—such as weddings, memorial suites, or ongoing creative support—a consultation may be scheduled to review vision, design needs, and expectations.
Once project details are finalized, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom design work. The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery. All projects include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise noted.
Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an additional fee, typically ranging from $50–$100, depending on project scope and turnaround time.
