If significant work has already been completed, The Coco Collective Studio reserves the right to require the purchase of an additional editing service.

10. REVISIONS & CORRECTIONS

Customers are responsible for reviewing the completed invitation carefully.

Corrections resulting from an error made by The Coco Collective Studio will be corrected at no additional charge.

Any changes requested after final approval may require an additional editing fee.

12. PHOTOGRAPHS & CUSTOMER-PROVIDED MATERIALS

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality photographs suitable for use in their selected template.

22. RESULTS & CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

The customer acknowledges that they are purchasing customization of an existing template.

The final design will remain substantially consistent with the selected template.

Personal preference regarding colors, layout, florals, graphics, fonts, or overall aesthetic after purchase does not constitute grounds for a refund when those elements were already visible in the selected template.

The Coco Collective Studio reserves the right to provide these Terms & Conditions, order records, communications, submitted questionnaires, completed work, proof of delivery, and other relevant documentation when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
